Dynamic Balancing

Trinity is equipped with modern machinery and equipment to provide dynamic balancing for components of various shapes and sizes. Machine 1: With a maximum capacity of 450 kg, maximum diameter of 1100 mm and maximum length of 1500 mm, this machine is used to balance the following components:

• Blowers
• Couplings
• Impellers
• Drive gears
• All types of rigid rotors

Machine 2: With a weight range of 20kg to 2000kg, maximum diameter of 1800 mm and maximum length of 4000mm, this machine is ideal for balancing of more complex components. In addition to the above mentioned components, this machine is used to balance components such as:

• Crankshafts
• Impellers
• Multistage rotor assemblies
• Propeller drive shafts (with cross heads)
